Amy loves to work on a team and is happy the team at UW-Milwaukee has such positive energy.
She believes meeting the client where they are and supporting them to take the next step towards their goal (no matter how big or small) is essential. Amy feels it is important to celebrate even the smallest wins, especially in the beginning phases of starting a business when everything seems daunting. Being an entrepreneur and having felt that herself, she knows how much celebrating the small successes means to clients, too!
Something really important to her is supporting small businesses in her own community. Amy recognizes that where she shops, eats, exercises and spends time are important to the local economy and small business owners’ success. She loves doing the things she loves while also supporting the local community.
