Chad Kopitzke has spent his career helping businesses grow by connecting them with the right resources, people, and strategies. With expertise in talent strategy, workforce development, small business consulting, and leadership, he takes a collaborative and forward-thinking approach to supporting entrepreneurs and business leaders. Chad enjoys working closely with small business owners to navigate challenges, build strong teams, and develop sustainable growth strategies. Seeing businesses thrive and make a lasting impact on their communities is what drives his passion for this work.
A longtime advocate for entrepreneurs and workforce innovation, Chad is the founder of NeXtGen Advantage, a talent strategy firm focused on bridging generational gaps in the workplace. He previously led internship and talent development initiatives at UW Oshkosh, helping connect students with real-world business experiences. His background also includes executive recruiting, career coaching, and launching HR-focused initiatives.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the outdoors.
