Ronald Chisholm

Center Director

More than 30 years in manufacturing, management and business operations provide Ron with expertise in automation, process improvements, project management, product development, budgeting and problem solving. He is a logical/critical thinker, which comes with the engineering background. Those working with him will find he is eager to propose a solution and work through logical steps essential to achieving a goal. One of his favorite quotes is “plan your work and work your plan” as it exemplifies his own approach to work.

Ron enjoys working with people; personal connections and a sense of achievement have a big impact on his happiness. He likes projects involving a diverse group of individuals assembled and active in the process of seeking and driving toward an elegant solution. Team celebrations are much more fun!

Outside of work, he can be found dabbling in woodworking, gardening and aviation projects. He holds a private pilot certificate, and he built and flies his own airplane. Ron enjoys volunteering with local aviation groups like the Airport Support Network, AOPA, at Fort Atkinson Municipal Airport and the Eagles Nest Project at Westosha Central High School STEM Aviation Program. He also participates in the Wings-N-Wheels event at the Boys N Girls Club in Fort Atkinson.
