Video: What’s it’s like to get help from the SBDC right now

In the pretty cool department: Katherine Fossler, associate director of the Small Business Development Center at UW-River Falls, appears in the latest episode of the videocast series “COVID-19 – Understanding the Economic Implications.”

Logan Kelly, chair of the economics department on her campus, created the series to provide valuable insights into the quickly changing impact of the pandemic and its lasting effects upon the local, regional and global economy. You can find all episodes at www.go.uwrf.edu/CovidEcon

In simple terms and in fewer than 20 minutes, Fossler explains what resources are available for small businesses and what tools she uses in working with clients. The center, which provides no-cost, confidential consulting and targeted business education, has seen an unprecedented number of inquiries this year, assisting 345 clients in less than two months – 135 more clients than all of 2019.
